I started this blog to share thoughts about life, touring, making music and art, writing, thinking about writing, ideas from conversations with friends, photos, paintings, whatever else.

Most of my blog posts are free to everyone because I want my writing to stay accessible to anyone who might want to read and respond to it. But writing also takes a lot of time and energy, and sometimes I plan to post slightly more personal or long-form pieces, sometimes I’ll delve deeper into particular songs and ideas or post demos and covers.
